PLEASE NOTE, however that you should always use caution when filling ANY glass with hot beverages. We will replace any mug that fractures when pouring hot drinks. All you need do is send us the mug - we analyze to see how it broke, so we can learn more about our process and how to improve it -  and we send you a replacement.
